Prerequisites:
Experience required: 2-4 yrs.
Skills required: Must have at least 2 project full life cycle payroll projects for recent India payroll scheme. Should have excellent functional experience in Human Resources for about 3-5 yrs of which you should have at least 2-3 years of SAP HR module implementation experience, SAP certification will be an added advantage. Need to have good skills in communication, presentation and have excellent consultancy flavor. The consultant would be required to have a good understanding of the Human Resource & Recruitment function of the client organization and will be directly interacting with the client and the key users, involved in scoping studies, suggest solution through SAP, train the key users, and configure SAP HR module. Should have excellent knowledge of documentation, quality, user training and macro analysis. Must be prepared/able to travel to UK for business visits of 2 to 3 weeks.
