Methodology:
Our Testing Team at iRUS follows a strategically planed test procedure to ensure the quality of every piece of software that goes to our customers. A sample testing cycle followed at iRUS is discussed below:
Our Quality Assurance Procedures followed at Requirements Analysis, Application Design stages ensure good quality design for development. During the design phase, testers work with developers in determining what aspects of a design are testable and under what parameters those tests work.
At Test Planning stage we create Test Strategy, Test Plan(s), and Test Beds.
During Test Development stage we create Test Procedures, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Scripts to be used.
Testers execute the software based on the plans and tests cases and report errors found to the development team. Testing goes into multiple test cycles based on the application complexity.
Test Reporting: Once testing is completed, testers generate all the testing metrics and prepare final reports on their test effort and then decide whether or not the software tested is ready for release.
